These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of riocleaningservice.com and to residential cleaning services provided by Rio Cleaning Services LLC ("Rio Cleaning Services," "we," "us"). By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Estimates

Estimates are based on the information you provide, such as the size of your home, the type of cleaning, its condition and the frequency of service. If the home's size or condition differs significantly from what was described, or you request additional services, we will discuss any changes with you before proceeding.

Scheduling and rescheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the time to another household. We will do the same if we ever need to adjust your appointment.

Access, pets and safety

Please make sure we can access your home at the scheduled time and let us know about any entry instructions, alarm systems and pets in advance. We may decline to clean areas that are unsafe, such as spaces with mold, pests, hazardous materials or biohazards.

Valuables and fragile items

We ask that you put away jewelry, cash, important documents and items of significant financial or sentimental value, and let us know about anything fragile you'd prefer we not handle.

Payment

We accept Zelle, Venmo, credit cards, checks and cash. Payment timing and method will be confirmed when your cleaning is scheduled.

Satisfaction

If something doesn't meet expectations, let us know as soon as possible so we can make it right. Reporting concerns promptly allows us to review and address them while the details are fresh.

Insurance and liability

Rio Cleaning Services LLC is insured. If you believe something was damaged during a cleaning, please notify us promptly so we can review the situation with you. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, and we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items that were improperly secured.

Description: By opting in, you may receive customer care messages about your cleaning quote, appointment confirmations and reminders, and, if you separately agreed, marketing messages such as offers and seasonal reminders.
